Available Lecture Series
Dr. Fleming has over fifty different biblical lecture series from which you can choose a topic for your event. Typical lecture series have from four to seven individual lectures, and you can opt to do some or all of the lectures in a series. In addition, Dr. Fleming can give a presentation on the current situation in the Middle East, with a discussion of the work of Biblical Resources in the area.
The Host Organization can arrange continuing education credit for biblical lectures (5 hours of class time equals one-half (1/2) unit of continuing education).
Fees and Expenses
The lecture fee is $400 per lecture and discussion (usually an hour to hour and half). Typically, Dr. Fleming will schedule a lecture series for Friday evening through Sunday morning, or for Sunday evening through Tuesday evening. Within that time period, Dr. Fleming can do any number of lectures.
Travel, housing and meal expenses will be paid by the host. The travel fee per lecture site will be round trip airfare from Atlanta, Georgia, to lecture site or, if Dr. Fleming is driving, roundtrip mileage from LaGrange, Georgia. Once a lecture date is confirmed, Biblical Resources staff will make travel arrangements. The host will be asked to arrange lodging (preferably at a hotel/motel with a business center) for Dr. Fleming.
Lecture Site Arrangements
With the exception of formal worship services, all lectures are illustrated by the use of slides. Dr. Fleming uses Power Point presentations. Two tables will be needed to display Biblical Resources media materials that will be for sale during the lecture series. It is helpful if the Host Organization designates a person to handle the sales of these resources, which usually occur before and after lectures, and at breaks.
